COVID-19 OUTBREAK - As of June 1, 2020

In regards to COVID-19, Segue Clinic remains open for business and patients are expected to attend as usual.  However, please know that Segue Clinic takes your health, and the health of its physicians and staff, very seriously.  In this regard, we have implemented many successful new protocols in an effort to maintain social distancing and clinic cleanliness at all times.

If your answer is "yes" to any of the following questions, please notify Segue Clinic immediately by either calling your home clinic or using the "contact us" option on this website.  A physician consultation may then be avialable by telephone depending on your symptoms.  You should then contact Public Health to arrange COVID-19 testing and self isolate for 14 days, as per the current Public Health guidelines.

IF YOU HAVE UPPER RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS, please notify the clinic.  DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC.  A physician consultation may be available by telephone depending on your symptoms.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE YOUR CURRENT PHONE NUMBER so that telephone consultations can occur if required.

WEARING A BARRIER OVER YOUR MOUTH AND FACE, like a scarf or bandana, is strongly recommended while visiting the clinic.

PLEASE HOLD UP YOUR HEALTH CARD FOR STAFF.  Staff will not be handling health cards during the outbreak but will still need to check them.

NO LOITERING in the clinic.  “In” and “out” is the goal.

WASH YOUR HANDS for 20 seconds or more.
